Kaye's is open every day of the year. A member of the
pharmacy staff is available to assist with emergency
pharmaceutical needs after business hours. |
Kaye's
Automated Prescription Refills
From a touchtone phone, you
may call in refills of an existing prescription with Kaye's
Pharmacy 24 hours a day, seven days a week as follows:

Dial
the Kaye's Pharmacy main telephone number at (203)
237-8997. |
| 2. |
When
prompted, press 2 for the
Pharmacy Department. |
| 3. |
When
prompted, press 2 for
Prescription Refills. |
| 4. |
When
prompted, press 1 for a
Prescription Refill. |
| 5. |
When
prompted, enter the 7 digit refill
number, found in the top left corner of your
existing prescription label (immediately beneath the
Kaye's address information). When prompted,
confirm the number you have entered by pressing 1. |

You
will be asked to enter a phone
number (including area code) where you can be
reached in case of questions. |
| 7. |
After
receiving the time that your prescription refill will be
ready, you will be prompted to: press
1 for customer pick up of the prescription, press
2 for delivery, or press 3
if you require emergency pick up. |
| 8. |
When
prompted, press 1 to leave a message for the pharmacist
or press 2 to complete your order. |
At any time during the
automated prescription refill service, you may press
0 to receive personal assistance.
Kaye's
Participating Insurance Plans
Kaye's Pharmacy accepts nearly all third-party insurance plans, including but not limited to Aetna US Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna Healthcare, ConnectiCare, Medspan, United Healthcare, and plans administered by Diversified, Express Scripts, PCS, and ValueRx. In addition, we accept Medicaid, most Medicare-supplement plans, and worker’s compensation plans.
